PUBLIC NOTICE AND COMMENT: TITLE I ED FLEX WAIVER

The Bellingham Public School District has applied for an Ed Flex waiver to waive the poverty threshold requirement for school-level Title I eligibility for the Joseph F. DiPietro Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year. The purpose of this waiver is to sustain the Joseph F. DiPietro Elementary School’s designation as a Title I institution for one year to provide ample time for the restructuring of the district Title I program to ensure equity for all students across the district.
